Our hotel will offer a unique experience for guests through a combination of modern design, first-class service, and three different dining concepts. We are creating a place where business travelers, tourists, and locals can enjoy high-quality hospitality and gastronomic experiences. About the position: As part of our team, you will be the hotel's face to the public and play a crucial role in ensuring guests feel welcome, comfortable, and cared for throughout their stay. As a receptionist with us, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and responsible for creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere. You will handle check-ins and check-outs, receive bookings, and ensure that our guests have a smooth and pleasant stay.

We are looking for someone who:

● Has previous experience in reception, hotels, or customer service (required)

● Speaks and writes Swedish and English fluently. (required)

● Has a genuine interest in service and hospitality.

● Is structured, detail-oriented, and enjoys a varied work environment.

● Has good computer skills and is quick to learn new systems.

● Can work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Preferred qualifications:

● Proficiency in other languages.

Job responsibilities:

● Welcome guests and manage check-ins and check-outs.

● Receive and manage bookings via phone, email, and booking systems.

● Provide information about the hotel and the surrounding area.

● Handle payments and invoicing.

● Ensure that the reception is organized and welcoming.

● Collaborate with other departments to provide guests with the best possible service.
